    2. Thank you for visiting and using our website, our social media pages, and our showroom and offices.
    3. We respect your privacy and are committed to full transparency with regard to how we collect, use, and share your personal data.
    4. This privacy notice informs you of how we process the personal data which we collect from you, which you provide to us, or which we may collect from other sources. This includes the various ways in which you interact with us, including in person, by email or telephone, through our website, or through our pages on social networks.

  1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
    1. When you interact with us, for example, on our website, through our social media accounts, by email, when you visit our showroom or our offices, or at events, we may collect your personal data.
    2. When you get in touch with us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, and communications metadata such as your IP address, time signature, and potentially geolocation details as contact information.
    3. When you enter our premises (showroom and offices), we may collect identifying information such as photographic images or video recordings of you, as well as contact information.
    4. When you order a watch, we collect transactional information such as payment details (e.g. credit card or bank account numbers), purchase order number, and billing address, as well as information about your watch, such as serial number, as well as date and place of purchase.
    5. When you subscribe to your Newsletter, we may ask for your preferences regarding our watches.
    6. When you interact with us on social media, we may collect information from your social media accounts, such as profiles, photos, videos, stories, comments and other content generated by you where our name and/or services are mentioned or appear, if you authorize a third-party social network to share your personal data with us or when you use a social networḱ feature that is integrated with our website.
    7. When you use our website, we collect various data including your IP address, location, browser type, operating system, source, duration of visit, pages viewed, etc. as usage information. Please also consult our cookie notice for further information on this.
    8. When you send an unsolicited job enquiry or respond to an employment offer, we may collect professional information such as employment history, schools attended, references, or certifications.
    9. We collect these data directly from you when you provide them to us. We may also collect information about you from the boutiques we partner with, as well as our partners, such as other watch brands, when we co-host events together.
    10. We also use cookies and other tracking technologies (pixels, web beacons, and APIs) that collect certain types of information when you interact with our website or open our emails, such as IP addresses, location, browsing devices or preferences, operating system, source, length of visit, pages viewed, etc. For further information, please consult our cookie notice.
    11. We may collect personal data about you from third party data aggregators (e.g. Google), promotional partners, public sources and third-party social networking sites. Such information may include personal data as part of your profile on a third-party social network and that you allow that third party to share with us, pursuant to their rules.
  1. WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data in order:

- to respond to your queries regarding our goods and services
- to fulfil your orders and purchases, including after sales service;
- to carry out commercial transactions with you;
- to let you know about different but related offerings to your purchases that may be of benefit to you;
- to provide our customers with relevant marketing and communications about - our goods and services;
- to manage your participation in events or competitions which we may organize;
- to optimize user experience on our website;
- to guarantee the security of our website, staff and visitors;
- to respond to job enquiries, unsolicited or otherwise;
- to keep records of our activities to comply with legal and financial obligations or to aid in dispute resolutions.

  1. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHERE ARE THEY TRANSFERED?
    1. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
    2. We may share your personal data with some of our providers (e.g. our e-commerce platform, our newsletter publishing and distribution services, our billing company, our delivery and shipping services, our marketing agency, and our fiduciary), our partners boutiques, or with authorities. We may also share your personal data with our partners when we co-host an event together.
    3. Our network of partner boutiques spans across various territories and is constantly evolving. Please contact us if you would like to know whether you can purchase our goods in a boutique where you are located.
    4. Most of our providers are located in Switzerland and in the European Union.
    5. That being said, for our e-shop we rely on the Canadian company Shopify Inc.. Canada benefits from a partial adequacy decision from the European Commission, as well as the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). For people located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the Irish affiliate Shopify International Ltd., acts as the Controller. For lawful transfers of personal data outside of Europe and Switzerland (except if it is in Canada), Shopify relies on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses – see here for more information.
    6. Some of our providers have their headquarters in the United States in addition to their offices and/or entities in the European Union or Switzerland. It is therefore important to note that your personal data may be transferred to this territory. If you don’t want your personal data to be transferred in the United States, please do not send us your personal data.
    7. These suppliers have nonetheless put in place various safeguards when transferring personal data to the United States.
    8. We may use FedEx as a shipping and delivery service. FedEx has its own privacy statement and for more information about how FedEx processes personal data you can contact FedEx Express Swiss Post GmbH, if you are located in Switzerland, and FedEx Express International B.V., if you are located in the European Union.     9. We may also use WhatsApp to communicate with our clients. WhatsApp LLC has its own privacy policy and is part to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (see here). For people located in Switzerland or the European Union (but not those located in the UK), the Controller is WhatsApp Ireland Limited.
    10. Moreover, our website uses Google Analytics and other tools offered in the Google plug-in suite, such as reCaptcha, the Meta Pixel, as well as web beacons, pixels and APIs. Please note that by accepting these cookies, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to the United States. However, you can refuse them by using our preference center.
    11. We may also use plugins on our website linking to social media platforms. The third-party platform's use of information collected from you (or as authorized by you) is governed by its own privacy policy and your settings on the service. If you do not wish a third-party social network site to attribute data collected via our website to your account on that social network, you must log out of the relevant social network site before visiting our website.

      - You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions and, when based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing.
      - When based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
      - You have the right to data portability, that is, to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used format. and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us.
      - If you are not satisfied with how we process your data, you have theright to make a complaint to a supervisory authority.
    3. You can also limit the use of tracking technologies, such as cookies, by configuring your browser to warn you before accepting them, or you can simply configure it to refuse them.
    4. If you are not satisfied with how we process your data, you have the right to make a complaint to a supervisory authority. In Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) can be contacted here.
