We use DHL Express and FedEx Express to ensure fast and secure delivery, with a signature required to protect your order. In Switzerland, shipping is free on orders over 85 CHF.
If you're not home, DHL offers convenient options—reschedule, redirect to a pickup point, authorize someone else, or choose a safe drop-off location.
Shipping fees only apply if a delivery fails and needs resending, or in the case of returns. Watches are sent via express service, accessories via economy. Delivery usually takes 5–15 days, depending on your location and customs. For more, visit our Returns page.
We ship worldwide but we are not able to ship to the following countries: Israel, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Russia, Ukraine and The Crimea.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you haven't received an email, please contact us by email at support@furlanmarri.com and we will resend you the tracking information. Allow 48h before writing to us.
New tracking numbers usually take about 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If it's been more than 24 hours and your tracking number still isn't working, contact us by email at support@furlanmarri.com and we'll help ensure you get your package ! Please note that we do not deliver during the weekend.
We offer international delivery for orders over 85 CHF. For in-stock products, delivery usually takes between 5 and 7 days, though times may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions. Express worldwide shipping is also available for watches.
Shipping to the USA:
U.S. orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning local taxes and import duties must be paid by the customer before the package can be delivered. Customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
For U.S. customers, customs may require your Social Security Number or Tax ID upon import. This is mandatory and beyond our control. If not provided when requested, the shipment will be returned, and all related shipping costs will unfortunately be at your expense.
Shipping into Europe:
EU orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning local taxes and import duties must be paid by the customer before the package can be delivered. Shipping into Switzerland:
In Switzerland, all taxes and customs fees are included in the price except for the Mechaquartz collection. DHL or FedEx will collect any applicable duties and taxes on behalf of local customs before delivery. Customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping to the rest of the world:
All orders are dispatched from our main logistic centers in Switzerland, in Hong Kong or in the U.S. and international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means any import duties, customs clearance fees, or other charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
We are legally required to declare the full value of all international shipments. Under-declaring is not allowed, as it could lead to fines for both you and us.
We offer a full refund, excluding shipping fees, for all watches—except limited edition models, which cannot be resold online. These are clearly identified on their respective product pages.
Watches can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in resellable condition, and include all accessories and original protective packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. As we must be able to resell any returned product, we cannot accept watches that have been worn or show signs of wear such as scratches.

Our prices exclude import duties and local taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged upon delivery by customs or our shipping partners. Watches ship from Hong Kong (for Mecaquartz), Switzerland (for Swiss Made), or other global warehouses.
Duties and VAT vary by country—e.g., \~20% in France, 8.1% in Switzerland. If taxes are refused, the item will be returned, and these non-refundable fees will be deducted from your refund. Please consider this before declining delivery.
All Furlan Marri watches come with a 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery, covering any manufacturing or mechanical defects. In case of an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery—or of discovering a hidden defect—at support@furlanmarri.com.
If eligible, we will repair, replace, or refund the watch at our discretion. Return shipping to us is at your cost; we cover the rest. Products must be sent back in their original packaging using a trackable and insured service.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, shocks, or exposure to strong magnetic fields.
The warranty is intended to cover any technical issues that are a result of issues during production or assembly. Damage due to improper use. Activities such as (but not limited to) playing golf, using a power drill, go-karting can damage your timepiece. This is not covered by the warranty. Forgetting to push the crown back or start the chronograph functions before a swim is also an example of user mistakes and something that is not covered under the warranty. Trying to disassemble a watch by yourself or having your local watchmaker do it automatically voids the warranty. For more informations, please contact us or read our Terms. Heat blued steel and AR coatings on glasses will wear and the wearing pattern varies form individual to individual based on use case. This wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
We are here to make things right for you. We kindly ask you to contact us before returning your parcel, you have 48h to do it. Please include the following information in your email: 1- Your order number and complete name. 2- Your complete shipping address. 3- Pictures of the defective/damaged/incomplete product(s).

We source components from all over the world and choose to work with the best suppliers, rather than limiting ourselves geographically. Most of our components are coming from Hong Kong, Japan, Asia, Switzerland and Europe. Our accessories from France and Italy. The assembly will vary according to the type of project and the people who are more efficient with movements. Swiss made projects will be assembled in Switzerland. Mechaquartz projects in Hong Kong.
We have several warehouses in different parts of the world, so we can optimise shipping depending the location of the customers. It can be Hong Kong, USA or Switzerland.
We do our design and pre-prototyping stage (3D printed case, first test) in Switzerland, to make sure we control every details before going further with prototyping and pre-production. All media, renderings (CGI), and hand sketches are made in Geneva, Switzerland, where our showroom and offices are located. You are more than welcome to visit us in Geneva. Come to say hi !

In order to provide an optimal customer experience, to develop our brand with the right investment and be closer to our community, we aim to tell ephemeral stories about our products and propose pre orders. Thanks to this, we can focus on the product in question at a specific time. In the form of pre-sales, we will produce the exact number of orders received during a specific time frame. This is to avoid any waste of stock so we can better focus on new product developments. We will not take orders in advance and will not have waiting lists for our products, to avoid frustration when changing collections during the year.
