Shipping to the USA:
U.S. orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning local taxes and import duties must be paid by the customer before the package can be delivered. Customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
For U.S. customers, customs may require your Social Security Number or Tax ID upon import. This is mandatory and beyond our control. If not provided when requested, the shipment will be returned, and all related shipping costs will unfortunately be at your expense.
Shipping into Europe:
EU orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning local taxes and import duties must be paid by the customer before the package can be delivered. Shipping into Switzerland:
In Switzerland, all taxes and customs fees are included in the price except for the Mechaquartz collection. DHL or FedEx will collect any applicable duties and taxes on behalf of local customs before delivery. Customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping to the rest of the world:
All orders are dispatched from our main logistic centers in Switzerland, in Hong Kong or in the U.S. and international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means any import duties, customs clearance fees, or other charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
