Frédéric's relationship with time is rather paradoxical : he likes to take the time to create, to select the best products in order to translate them into a dish, a plate, but meanwhile, every second counts to create a successful dish.
Through his creative vision, Frédéric is always inventing and reinventing cooking. Keeping a specific timing in mind, respecting precise cooking times : as a chef, he is always subject to time. A minute's inattention can sometimes make all the difference.
