Christophe Loeffel is a Swiss pastry chef known for crafting desserts that blend precision, creativity and emotion. His talent has been recognized with prizes including Swiss Pastry Chef of the Year 2021 (Gault&Milau), a bronze medal at the French Dessert Championship and runner-up at the international Pastry Chef of the Year competition.
At just 19, he earned his first role as Head Pastry Chef in a Michelin-starred kitchen, and has continued to evolve within renowned establishments. He now leads pastry at Maison Décotterd, a one-Michelin-star restaurant located in Glion, Switzerland.
