Frédéric

Private Chef

Frédéric's relationship with time is rather paradoxical: he likes to take the time to create, to select the best products in order to translate them into a dish, a plate. Discover his vision of time through his profession, which is also his passion.

« I always had a rebellious, non-conformist side, I don't like to follow rules, I always prefer to create them »

Through his creative vision, Frédéric is always inventing and reinventing cooking. Keeping a specific timing in mind, respecting precise cooking times: as a chef, he is always subject to time. A minute's inattention can sometimes make all the difference. That's why his watch is so important to him: his best ally in helping him to better understand and manage his time, and not to let things get out of hand or lose track of time during the creative process. Then, he can express his passion and creativity through the plates he is creating.

Antoine

Commercial Director in the Luxury Industry

Originally an art historian, Antoine gradually turned to watchmaking out of passion. He traveled the world to represent a watchmaking company.

« Watchmaking fascinates me, because there's a relationship with time, or the chronology of passing time, that I'm a bit obsessed with »

Watchmaking is an art itself, and its know-how is passed down from generation to generation, just like a watch. Antoine has also passed on this passion through teaching.

Attached to the details of the past, Antoine finds in his Furlan Marri Mare Blu the details of the vintage wristwatches chronographs.
